About Me
Help desk to cloud architect. No shortcuts, no CS degree — just 10 years of solving real problems.
I started in Healthcare IT. Moved to closing 36 support tickets a day at a VoIP company. Then I was managing networks for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, where downtime wasn't just inconvenient — it was a public safety risk. Now I support customer environments and design Azure cloud architectures at C Spire, holding Microsoft's highest-level Azure certification: AZ-305 Solutions Architect Expert.
Along the way I noticed something most cloud content misses: the people in the trenches. The sysadmin who wants to move into the cloud. The help desk tech who thinks they need a 4-year degree to level up. The IT manager trying to justify a cloud migration to leadership. That's who I create for.
If you're working toward your AZ-104 or AZ-305, trying to understand what Azure actually looks like on the job, or figuring out how to grow a career in tech without a traditional path — connect with me. I share real-world Azure insights, cert tips, and honest career advice from someone who's done every rung of the ladder.
